- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆they carried out an inspection of a faulty vehicle supplied to myself. Their report was in favour of the company paying them, I have submit various questions in line with section 35 of the civil procedure rules and they have ignored these and the engineer who carried out the report has blocked my mobile number from ringing him and does not answer any questions as to how he established faults was not present at the time of sale. The dvsa have said this vehicle should have failed an mot but this was not mentioned by the engineer (this fault being provable present at the time of sale and non wear and tear item). I have a number of emails, recordings and screenshots to support everything said.By brianwebster, December 04, 2020
