  What a terrible company, if I could give no stars I would, their customer care and customer services skills are none-existent and the company should be ashamed of itself the way we have been treated. Originally it was agreed we would have a 6.30-7.30am delivery slot which was fine for a while but slowly the delivery time kept creeping up, around 10.30 some mornings then the driver changed and the delivery times got even later, there was never any apology or explanation from the rude driver other than he had to deliver elsewhere, this time continued to rise until we were getting a morning milk delivery at 1-2pm in the afternoon, despite complaining, ringing and emailing the depot and head office dozens of times it was almost impossible to get anyone to call you back, it was eventually mutually agreed(when I did eventually get hold of someone) our 3 day delivery week would rise to 6 days as we had lost so much money and so many customers orders, the second week this was reduced to 4 days, although they never bothered telling us until the driver just didnt turn up, then to add insult to injury we got a letter saying the milk prices were increasing (3rd time in 12 months) I rang our area manager just to find out the new costs and unbelievably he answered telling me he would ring me back in 15 minutes with the new prices, that was 3 days ago, now when I ring it goes straight to answer phone. The final straw was Friday the driver turned up at 2pm but hardly had any milk on, I rang the dairy spoke to them AND the depot they both said "we know you need milk for the weekend and we will make sure someone is there Saturday with the rest of your order" 2pm Saturday I had sold out of milk and rang them only to be told the drivers had gone home and I wouldnt get milk until Monday (2pm). I told them how disgusted I was and that I did not want a milk delivery from them anymore, I then rang the area manager Ken and left a message saying dont bother delivering to us ever again. We lost a lot of money over the Saturday and Sunday and had a lot of not happy customers as we are the only local shop open. Then Monday morning 11.30am Medina turned up to deliver milk as nothing had happened, what an absolute joke, They have given me free milk in the past to make up for their incompetence and errors but what is the point of free milk if your customers are purchasing elsewhere. I just wanted a milk delivery company I could rely on and not one that treats you like dirt. I am now back with my original company, it may be a couple of pence per bottle more expensive but 6.45am Monday he turned up with my milk. I have told Medina they can go whistle for payment for the previous 1 week milk money and will offset it against my lost customers and sales, with any luck they will take me to court and I get to tell more people how badly this company treats its customers, I did think it was only us but the man from the depot let slip they have other customers complaining about late deliveries and lack of stock. My advice would be if you are a business and are thinking of using this company to deliver your milk, DONT.
